## Estimates and pricing

Website content, cost calculators, and telephone quotes are for guidance only. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate after inspection. When a covered insurance claim exists, we typically bill your carrier directly and you pay only your deductible.

## Insurance coordination

We can coordinate with your insurance carrier when you authorize us to. You remain the policyholder and are responsible for your policy terms, deductibles, and any amounts not covered by your carrier.
